This year when they were celebrating their third anniversary the always romantic Dean invited 25 year old Actress for dinner in a well known Hollywood celebrity restaurant and surprised Tori with a new diamond ring. The ring was made by a well known jewelry artist Meil Lane and it's made from two diamonds, the yellow and the white one symbolizing the French term Toi et Moi meaning You and Me.
